Lawrence University, majored in economics, and minored in African Studies (including study abroad in Kenya and Tanzania). He and his family also volunteer and support various other charities including Junior Achievement of Northern California, Friends of the Children, At the Cross-Roads, and the Alameda County Food Bank. Travis believes in the importance of mentorship and diversity, equity and inclusion imperatives and maintains productive mentoring relationships with multiple industry professionals. He is also an active member of the National African American Insurance Association. Travis is an active and long-time supporter of the IICF. Based in San Francisco, he joined BHSI in early 2015 following marketing, underwriting, and claims leadership roles at Chubb, Travelers and Allianz.
Travis leads customer and broker engagement efforts for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in their western U.S.
